What is an eSIM and how is it different from a regular SIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM built into the phone. Nothing to insert: the profile is installed via a QR code in a couple of minutes. Your main SIM keeps working, and internet abroad goes through the Simix eSIM — no roaming, no contracts.

Will my device work?

eSIM is supported by iPhone XS/XR and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and many Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO and Honor models. The phone must be unlocked. The full list is on the “Compatible devices” page.

When does the eSIM arrive after payment?

Usually within 1–2 minutes. The QR code and installation link are sent by e-mail, to your account and, if you bought via Telegram, to the bot chat.

When does the plan validity start?

At the first network connection in the destination. You can install the eSIM at home in advance — no data is used until you enable mobile data abroad.

Can I share the connection over Wi-Fi (hotspot)?

Yes, tethering is allowed on all plans.
