The eSIM can't find a network — what to do?

Check that Mobile Data and Data Roaming are enabled for the Simix eSIM and the line is active. Toggle airplane mode. If there is still no network, pick an operator manually: Settings → Cellular → eSIM → Network selection.

There is internet but it's very slow

On unlimited plans the speed drops after the daily allowance — it is stated in the plan description. On data packages check that the phone is on 4G/5G rather than 3G: switch the network mode in the eSIM settings.

What if I run out of data?

Buy an extra package in your account or in the Telegram Mini App — it is added to the same eSIM without reinstalling.

My phone is broken or lost — can I move the eSIM?

An eSIM profile is single-use and tied to the device, it cannot be moved. Write to support: if the plan wasn't activated yet, we'll issue a new eSIM.

I deleted the eSIM from the phone — how to restore it?

A deleted profile cannot be reinstalled. Don't delete the eSIM until the trip is over. If it happened before activation, write to support — we'll sort it out.

How do I check the remaining data?

The balance is shown in your account on the site and in the Telegram Mini App under “My eSIMs”.
